Design Experience

	Over 25 years experience as a mold designer, designing all types from single cavity prototype molds to multiple cavity long running production molds.
	Has designed everything from basic high volume open/close molds, to highly complicated molds that utilize all types of internal movement (I.E. lifters, internal/external slides, slides with movement within the slide.)
	Has experience in designing molds with internal and external threads utilizing many devises to activate movement (chains, gears, rack and pinion, motors, cylinders, etc.)

Plastics Industry Experience

	Entire career in the plastics industry. Has always worked in a fast paced reality based environment specializing in solving problems.
	Highly creative, known for producing top quality smooth running molds for complicated parts which were at first considered unmoldable..
