Design Experience

	22 years in design engineering for the plastics industry.
	Wide range of mold design experience including: unthreading, multistage ejection, stripper, insert, stack, family, hot runner, three plate, back gated, collapsible cores, hydraulic core pulls, slides. Lifters, prototype and production molds.
	Background in reverse engineering product design, taking an existing part and revising it to make it easier to mold and improve functionality.
	Experience working with product designers to improve the mold-ability of parts.
