Most of his adult life, Dean has been in the field of design, primarily in the area of design and detailing of injection molds as well as die cast dies. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to clearly communicate with his clients and invest his personal attention to their project with a strong commitment to meeting their deadlines.

Dean has spent 40 years in the plastics industry. He has the expertise to follow a product from a raw sketch, to prototype and on to production tool.
